We have developed two turbo kits to suit both aircon & non aircon models, so no matter your set up there is a proper solution available.
The VL38 is the current standard & fits all vehicles whilst the 1446 is only suitable for non aircon variants.
Our recommendation is to use the VL38, it offers the simplest & cleanest installation with no need to relocate components, it fits both aircon & non aircon vehicles. The 1446 is still a proven option on non aircon vehicles but requires alternator relocation and additional wiring making it a more involved install.

This is a bolt on turbo kit for your city bug, this kit can be fitted with basic tools & knowledge. This kit is designed to fit to your stock exhaust system but if you want to upgrade to our system then just add it to your basket.

This is where the set up becomes what it should be. Building on “Package 2” the addition of a full 2 inch stainless steel exhaust improves air flow & gives the car the sound it should have, hand crafted & TIG welded for strength & durability. Paired with an uprated clutch to handle the added power.
This is the package that we run on our development car which has been developed and tested through real world driving. With the correct supporting set up and tuning, figures of 150hp have been achieved on a completely standard engine.

You bring the car & everything is handled, from installation to final tuning, so you leave with a properly calibrated turbo set up ready to drive. this package removes all the guess work & ensures everything is fitted as it should be without all the stress of doing it yourself.
For customers arranging transportation, we’re happy to take delivery of the vehicle here. collection & delivery must be organised by the customer, but we can coordinate timings to ensure a smooth handover.
